Recommendation
City staff recommends the City Council approve the lease agreement with the Ellis County Elections Administrator.

The lease agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Legal Department.
Justification
The lease agreement with the Ellis County Elections Administrator will meet the requirements of HAVA.
