To consider the subject zoning change request.
Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on August 3, 2015, and recommended 5-1 to recommend approval. Commissioner Polozola voted nay and Vice-Chairman Dodson was absent.
Description/History
In June, the applicant was granted SF-7.5-18 zoning on an adjacent 12-acre tract. The applicant bought an additional small tract between the 12-acre tract and a future road alignment, and is requesting the same SF-7.5/18 zoning on the small tract (see attached map).
