Description/History
Appointees to the Zoning Board of Adjustment serve two-year terms. The following members have expressed a desire to serve again when their terms expire on October 1, 2009:
Patrick "Kelly" Jones (Chair)
Robyn Accipiter
Diane Bachlinger
In addition, Council will have to replace Rene Olivier, who is leaving after serving for eight years. The ZBA serves a highly important function, and their decision can only be repealed by District Court. Staff recommends that Council reappoint the three members listed above and replace Mr. Olivier with one of the applicants that have been interviewed. If there is not a suitable replacement from among the interviewees, we can schedule additional interviews until Council finds the right person.
