Requested Action

Consider the Resolution authorizing funds in the amount of $54,619.20 to KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air for plumbing repairs at Fire Station No. 4.

Recommendation

Staff recommends approval.

Description/History

KMP Plumbing, Heating & Air will be replacing two main sewer lines under the foundation, rerouting two vents and extending the vents on the roof. 

Justification

Mansfield Fire Department must make these plumbing repairs at Fire Station No. 4 in order for the station to remain operable to house the firefighter/paramedics to provide services to the citizens of Mansfield.
