Description/History
On September 9, 2013, the City Council approved an interlocal agreement providing emergency Police-Fire-Medical Dispatch Services and Jail Services with the City of Kennedale.
Upon approval by the City of Kennedale, their City Council made revisions to the liability language as well as identifying the facility as the MANSFIELD/KENNEDALE Emergency Communications Center.
The revisions do not make a subsequent change to the interlocal agreement.
Justification
The City of Mansfield and the City of Kennedale believe this Agreementis in the best intereest of both cities.
