Description/History

The city has progressed with the multi-purpose stadium project within Harvest Point over the last several months. As part of the process, it is necessary to partner with an actual operator to ensure design and construction meet the standards necessary for the professional teams and future tenants. REV Sports Management has partnered with FC Dallas to deliver world class, remarkable experiences to Mansfield. In an effort to continue progressing with stadium design, the draft agreement is close to be finalized.

Justification

This consulting, management, and operations agreement will ensure we have a stadium open and operational by the time the World Cup is down the street in Arlington in June 2026.
