Requested Action
To consider the subject zoning change request.
 
Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on December 1, 2014, and voted 6 - 1 to recommend approval.  Vice-Chairman Dodson voted in opposition.
 
Description/History
The applicant has proposed to develop Baker Estates south of Lone Star Ranch.  He is requesting a zoning change to match the zoning of Lone Star Ranch.  The property is adjacent to Willow Bend Mobile Home Park and Ramtech's outside storage.  An existing XTO gas well site is within this property.
