Description/History
Mouser Way is a 4-lane undivided concrete road that extends approximately 1300 linear feet  east from Main Street.  There is also a short section of Mouser Way extending west from the US 287 Frontage Road adjacent to commercial development.  This proposed project will complete the roadway between the two existing sections.
 
The project will include replacement of the existing water line, storm drain system, and box culvert to cross Watson Branch.  The length of this project is 2400 feet.
 
The requested funds are for design services with Jerry Parche Consulting Engineers in the amount of $168,100, survey, right-of-way purchase, and other miscellaneous services necessary to prepare this project for construction, to be accomplished within a budget of $260,000.
Justification
This project is included in the Street Bond Capital Improvement Plan.  
 
The Public Works Director will be in attendance at the meeting to answer Council's questions regarding the proposed funding and contracts.
