Description/History
The City Council approved the Planned Development for The Enclave on August 28, 2006 and a minor amendment adding three additional building elevations was approved April 9, 2007.  On October 27, 2008, a new entry feature along E. Debbie Lane was approved by City Council.  At this time, the developer is seeking approval to add one more elevation option to the PD.  The newly proposed elevation is referred to as Office Unit 1c -2787 of the enclosed plans.  A color rendering has also been provided.
Section 5100 of the Zoning Ordinance states that: "Proposed revisions or modification to an approved development plan shall be noted and shown………., copies of the proposed revised plan shall be submitted to the City Council for its review………If, in the City Council's determination, said revised plan does not constitute a significant change, no public hearing shall be called and the revision shall be deemed approved."

Justification
The proposed elevation will add more architectural diversity to the development and should be considered a minor modification.  Besides the changes noted above, the developer will comply with all other conditions of approval in the original development plans.
