Approval of the Service and Assessment Plan and an Assessment Roll for City of Mansfield Public Improvement District No. 2.

 

Recommendation

Staff recommends approval.

 

Description/History

The proposed improvements to this 32.352-acre site include 215 single-family homes, approximately 4.3 acres of open space, and multiple civic spaces throughout the development.

 

Justification

This project aligns with the principles in the Future Land Use Plan and City Council's priority of establishing complete neighborhoods.
