Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 21 and voted 5-1 to recommend approval.  Commissioner Jacobus voted nay and Commissioner Smithee was absent.
 
Description/History
The applicant is requesting an amendment to the existing PD in order to construct a new building expansion that was not previously provided for in the PD.  The expansion will be comprised of a new lobby, children's classrooms, an indoor playground and a covered drop-off area.
