Approve the subject resolution

Recommendation

The TIRZ Board voted by 5 to 0 to recommend approval of the items depicted in Exhibit "A" of the resolution.  The City Council has previously instructed that these items be funded by the Historic Mansfield TIRZ.

Funding Source

The Tax Increment Fund will reimburse General Fund expenditures.
