Description/History
On 7/22/13 City Council determine that the Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) method of Construction Contracts would provide the best value for the New Mansfield Service Center Facility.
On 8/12/13 City Council awarded the CMR Contract to Pete Durant & Associates.
Subcontractor and supplier bids for the construction of the New Mansfield Service Center Facility were received and opened on December 19, 2013. Based on all the bids received, the Architect and the Construction Manager recommend a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $9,856,115 for the New Mansfield Service Center Facility. The Guaranteed Maximum Price is the amount guaranteed to be the maximum cost for this project. Any addition funds needed by the Construction Manager for this projects, as outline in the scope of work indicated on the Contract Documents, will be funded by the Construction Manager.
