Description/History
On 7/11/16 City Council awarded the CMR Contract to Pete Durant & Associates.
Subcontractor and supplier bids for Building Construction and Improvements on Mansfield Fieldhouse USA project were received and opened on October 11, 2016. Based on all the bids received, the Architect and the Construction Manager recommend a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $13,129,749.00 for Construction and Improvements on Mansfield StarCenter project.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price is the amount guaranteed to be the maximum cost for this project. Any addition funds needed by the Construction Manager for this project, as outline in the scope of work indicated on the Contract Documents, will be funded by the Construction Manager.
This project is scheduled to be completed 9/01/2017.
