Description/History
The City Attorney has prepared the agreement based on the lease terms previously approved by the City Council.
MEDC and MPDFC have approved annual funding of $17,500 each to cover the costs of the annual lease and initial improvements. See Exhibits A thru E for the initial improvements and related costs.
