Requested Action

To consider the subject detailed site plan.

 

Recommendation

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the detailed site plan on March 6, 2017, and voted 7-0 to recommend approval.

 

Description/History

David Branch, developer of South Pointe is proposing 164 lots outlined in the attached site plan. There are 119 lots in Phase 3 and 45 lots in Phase 6A. The estate lots that are part of Phase 3 will be in a gated community with private streets.
