Description/History
Most of the subject property was assembled for future development as part of the projects of Historic Mansfield TIRZ. The City is seeking a developer to design and construct a mixed use development on the property. The successful bidder is expected to seek PD zoning and develop the property in a timely manner. See attachment for proposed time table and bid evaluation criteria.
