Requested Action

To consider the proposed amendment to the Dangerous and Substandard Structures ordinance

Description/History

When the Dangerous and Substandard Structures was passed earlier in 2017, the section regarding maintenance of fences was inadvertently deleted from the ordinance. This amendment will allow us to add this section back into the ordinance allowing staff to address fences as needed.
