Description/History
On May 22, 2017, the Council granted a 90-day extension of the variance to allow EagleRidge to continue to use diesel lift compressors until August 30, 2017, while EagleRidge worked with Summit Midstream on a solution to eliminate the lift compressors on the EagleRidge drill sites.
According to the applicant, EagleRidge and Summit have not been able to reach an economically viable agreement due to the low production of the Woodland Estates gas wells. EagleRidge is requesting a 30-day extension of the variance for the reasons stated in their letter of request.
