Description/History
On August 28, 2017, the Council granted a 30-day extension to a variance allowing EagleRidge to continue to use diesel lift compressors, with the condition that either the compressors are brought into compliance with Chapter 114 of the Code of Ordinances or the wells on the Woodland Estates drill sites are shut in.
The 30-day period expires on September 27, 2017.
