Description/History

The applicant is proposing a zoning change for a single-family residential development named Queensgate.  Consideration of the proposed zoning change was originally scheduled for first reading and public hearing on December 12, 2016, but the applicant requested that the City Council table the zoning change to allow the developer time to review drainage issues related to this project.  The Council agreed to table the application without a date certain.

The developer is requesting that the case be removed from the table and scheduled for first reading and public hearing at Council’s January 22, 2018, meeting.  According to the City Attorney, the Council must first vote to remove this case from the table before it can be placed on the next agenda for first reading.
