Description/History
United Properties Southwest proposed a contract for development services related to the development of the 170 acre MEDC property on Easy Drive. There is a possible change in the development strategy for this property and therefore the contract has not been executed. United Properties is seeking payment of administrative fees incurred in the preparation and negotiation of this contract since it not being executed.
