Staff recommends approval of the resolution authorizing the Chapter 380 Agreement with Texas Brew Works, LLC (Dirty Job Brewing)

 

Description/History

Dirty Job Brewing (Texas Brew Works, LLC) opened on July 8, 2017  at 117 N. Main in historic downtown Mansfield and has been very successful. Increased demand has created the need to expand their brewing capacity and in order to do so they must install a minimum 3 barrel brewing system with an anticipated cost of $30,000 to $50,000. This agreement,if approved, will provide Dirty Job Brewing with a $20,000 forgivable loan to assist with the purchase and installation of this new brewing system.

The $20,000 will come from the City's General Fund.
