Description/History
The City Council has determined that there is a need to have an alternate member added to the Mansfield Park Facilities Development Corporation (MPFDC) to ensure that the business of the Corporation may be carried out in the absence of a regular member. This change requires an amendment of the Corporation Bylaws and Certificate of Formation by the MPFDC Board and City Council. The proposed amendments were approved at the September 20, 2018 MPFDC board meeting.
Justification
Staff was directed by management to make the changes.
