Justification
During the week of the regularly scheduled MPFDC meeting, Matt Young, Toby Fojtik and Brian Coatney will be attending the TRAPS Conference, so they will be unable to attend the regularly scheduled MPFDC meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Staff would like for the Board to consider moving this meeting to a date one week earlier or later in the month.
