Description/History
In August 2014, the Mansfield Park Facilities Development Corporation (MPFDC) approved a non-exclusive, 5-year sponsorship agreement with Methodist Mansfield Medical Center for identification rocks at various locations in Walnut Creek Linear Park and Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park.
Per the terms in the original agreement, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center has requested to extend the agreement for an additional five (5) year term. The new agreement and exhibits are attached for review.
Justification
A sponsorship agreement will allow recognition for Methodist as a sponsor in the park system for consideration of a donation.
