Description/History
The purpose of this plat is to create a lot to construct a new intermediate school. The property is located on the south east corner of FM 917 and Antler Drive (see attached location map).
The plat includes right-of-way dedications of 0.472 acres for Caddo Ridge Lane, 0.043 acres for FM 917, and 0.457 acres for Antler Drive.
Although the digital copy of the plat in the Commission’s packet does not have signatures, the filing copy has been signed.
The plat complies with the regulations of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval.
