Description/History
The purpose of entering into this agreement is to allow for the availability of remote video arraignments to be conducted by Tarrant County Magistrates for those individuals arrested in Tarrant County. This provides them the opportunity to make bail at the Mansfield Law Enforcement Center to allow for their release more expeditiously.

Justification
This technology provides for more expeditious processing and magistration of those individuals arrested in Tarrant County. This will allow bonds to be set for the release of those individuals locally without having to first be transferred to a Tarrant County facility
