Recommendation

First Reading
On December 13, 2021, City Council voted 7-0 to approve and continue the public hearing to a second and final reading on January 10, 2022. The applicant was asked by City Council to work on improvements to increase the covered outdoor areas.

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on November 15, 2021 and voted 3 to 1 to deny.

Staff recommends denial.
