Recommendation
Staff recommends the approval of the Resolution.
Description/History
During the planning process with developers and consultants, it was determined that the state legislation authorizing a qualified hotel and convention center would be a beneficial tool to attract a hotel and convention center.
Justification
The resolution supporting a qualified hotel and convention center project is a desired component of the project financing plan.
