Description/History

City Council approved Resolution 23-5255 on March 20th, 2023 for Phase 1 Design Services from Quorum Architecture. This resolution provides authorization for Quorum Architecture to move into Phase 2 design services, which include services such as construction documents and construction contract administration, in addition to supplemental services ($1,322,000.00). Over the previous year of design, three amendments have been proposed: FF&E, third-party cost estimation for design documents, and structural design that would simplify the kennel roofing structure ($79,500.00).
