Recommendation
Staff recommends accepting the plan and setting a public hearing date.
Description/History
The proposed improvements to this currently undeveloped 32.352-acre site include 215 single-family homes, approximately 4.3 acres of open space, and multiple civic spaces throughout the development.
Justification
This project aligns with the principles in the Future Land Use Plan and City Council's priority of establishing complete neighborhoods.
